I burned my finger in chem lab today. My first though when I looked at the burn?
"Oh, the protein in the collagen in my skin must have denatured, and that's why it looks funny."
Sometimes I hate the way my mind works.

You say it like it's a bad thing...
oh my...I remember that when we were boiling water for that molecular weight lab, alexis and I said "Hey dr. crane, look! the water's overcoming its intermolecular forces!"
oh btw, i broke the crucible today after the final weighing...plus we ran out of time...so our data is waaaaay off (our final weighing was heavier than the second...)
